Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need to be an experienced golfer? No. This evaluation is appropriate for recreational and experienced golfers who want to play with less pain. 2. Do I need a referral? No. New Hampshire allows direct access to specialty physical therapy, so you can schedule without a physician’s referral. 2. Will you analyze my golf swing? This is a body movement evaluation rather than a golf lesson. We assess the mobility, strength, and balance needed for your swing. Dr. Holly does not replace your golf professional or swing coach. 4. What should I wear? Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Athletic clothing is recommended. 5. Should I bring my golf clubs? Bring one or two clubs that you commonly use. They may be used to assess how your movement feels during your golf swing. What happens after the evaluation? You will receive a personalized exercise plan. When additional care would help you reach your goals, Dr. Holly will explain your options without pressure.
