Our Process Starts With Your Free Discovery Visit
The Discovery Visit is a no-pressure conversation designed to determine whether working together is the right fit for you, for Dr. Holly, and for the type of care provided at 603 PT & Wellness.
This visit is not a physical evaluation or treatment session. Instead, it is a focused discussion where Dr. Holly takes the time to understand your story, your concerns, and your goals. You’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope to achieve whether that’s pain relief, improved performance, or long-term wellness.
During the Discovery Visit, you can expect to:
-
Share your history and current challenges
-
Discuss how your symptoms are affecting your daily life and activities
-
Learn about Dr. Holly’s 3-Step Approach to care
-
Determine whether specialized physical therapy is appropriate and whether this model of care aligns with your needs
By the end of the conversation, you’ll have clarity on whether moving forward makes sense. If you both agree that working together is the right next step, you’ll be scheduled for a Comprehensive Evaluation, where a detailed assessment and personalized plan of care are created.
There is no obligation to continue beyond the Discovery Visit. The goal is simply to ensure that any care you pursue is thoughtful, individualized, and aligned with your goals from the very beginning.
What Happens Next:
Mechanical Pain Evaluation
If you choose to move forward, the Mechanical Pain Evaluation is where the hands-on assessment begins. This is a comprehensive, one-on-one movement evaluation designed to identify the true root cause of your pain and determine the most effective path forward.
During this visit, Dr. Holly will assess how your body moves as a system, identify contributing factors to your symptoms, and connect those findings to your daily activities and goals. Based on this information, a personalized plan of care is created, one that is focused not only on relieving current symptoms, but on producing lasting, meaningful results.
This evaluation sets the foundation for care that is intentional, individualized, and built to help you move forward with confidence towards achieving your goals
Throughout The Whole Process:
We Are Setting Clear Expectations
At 603 PT & Wellness, exceptional results come from a strong partnership and an intentional process. Every visit is designed with purpose to ensure you are making measurable progress and moving closer to your goals.
Our care is one-on-one, individualized, and built around your specific diagnosis, movement patterns, and injuries. Exercises are never generic. Each program is carefully selected and progressed based on your response to treatment, your goals, and how your body is adapting over time.
You can expect:
-
Purposeful sessions where progress is assessed at every visit
-
Customized exercises tailored to your diagnosis, injuries, and movement needs
-
Clear explanations of what is improving and what comes next
-
A personalized plan of care that evolves as you do
While progress may look different for each individual, every session has a clear objective and builds upon the last. Lasting change requires consistency, communication, and active participation both in and outside the clinic.
We are committed to providing expert guidance, thoughtful care, and accountability. In return, we ask that you come ready to engage, ask questions, and take ownership of your recovery. Together, we work toward meaningful, sustainable results, not quick fixes.
3 Step Approach to Lasting Results

1
Diagnosis
The first step to getting proper care is a detailed diagnosis that exams the entire body and gets to the root cause of your pain, this is often more than just the symptoms you are experiencing and starts you on the path to long term solutions for your pain and suffering. The diagnosis is discussed in both the discovery visit and the mechanical evaluation. It is then confirmed or changed in the following 2-4 visits after response to treatment is assessed and you are well on your way to the healing journey.
The foundation of effective care is a thorough, whole-body diagnosis that identifies the true root cause of your pain, not just the symptoms. This comprehensive assessment evaluates how your body moves and functions as a system, allowing us to uncover contributing factors that are often overlooked in traditional care.
Your diagnosis begins during the Discovery Visit and Mechanical Evaluation, where findings are discussed in detail. It is then confirmed or refined over the next 2–4 visits based on your response to treatment. This dynamic process ensures your care is accurate, individualized, and directed toward long-term solutions.
2
Keep The Pain Gone
This critical step is frequently missed in traditional physical therapy models. Once pain is reduced or eliminated, the focus shifts to why it occurred and how to prevent it from returning.
At this stage, we clearly understand which movements increase your symptoms and which restore comfort and function. Treatment and exercise progressions are carefully tailored to build strength, resilience, and capacity so you can safely return to the activities you value most.
This phase typically spans 8–16+ sessions, depending on the complexity and severity of your condition.
3
Longevity
True recovery doesn’t end when pain is gone, it continues with ongoing support for long-term health and performance. In this phase, care transitions into a coaching model focused on accountability, injury prevention, and sustainable fitness.
We collaborate with you to refine exercise programming, coordinate care with personal trainers when appropriate, optimize movement and performance, and provide education to support lifelong wellness. Goals may include safely increasing activity levels, improving endurance (such as walking or hiking), enhancing biological age, or maintaining peak function for years to come.
Our Belief &
Why We Are Out-of-Network With Insurance
At 603 PT & Wellness, we believe that great healthcare goes beyond treating pain. It is about empowering people through growth, education, and understanding so they can take an active role in their health and long-term well-being.
This philosophy is the reason Dr. Holly chooses to practice as an out-of-network provider.
Traditional insurance-based models often prioritize volume over quality leading to short visits, generic treatment plans, and limited time to truly understand the individual. Dr. Holly experienced firsthand what happens when care is rushed and symptoms are dismissed. That experience shaped her commitment to a different standard of care one built on listening, connection, and long-term solutions.
By operating outside of insurance restrictions, Dr. Holly is able to provide the level of care she believes patients deserve:
-
One-on-one, uninterrupted sessions
-
Longer appointments that allow time to listen and problem-solve
-
Highly individualized treatment plans
-
A focus on root causes, not just symptom management
-
A long-term plan built around your goals, lifestyle, and future health
This model allows care to be guided by what is best for the patient, not what is dictated by insurance limitations.
At 603 PT & Wellness, we don’t believe in quick fixes or assembly-line healthcare. We believe in partnerships built on trust, education, and long-term growth. By removing the constraints of insurance, Dr. Holly can fully invest in each client’s success and helping them move better, live healthier, and achieve meaningful, lasting results.
This is more than a process.
It is a partnership built on purpose, precision, and high-quality care.
